Yes - I am a Certified Pre/Post-Natal Coach! I am happy to work with clients as long as they have not been given contraindications by their healthcare provider.

If you are in recovery from an Eating Disorder, you are still welcome to apply! Depending on any remaining symptoms you're still experiencing, I may request a letter from your doctor or therapist stating that it is safe for you to participate in an exercise program. If you currently have or believe you have an active Eating Disorder, I encourage you to seek a treatment program to tackle this problem with a professional before applying. If you're not sure where to look, please reach out! I can help you find the resources you need. While I am a trauma-informed coach and work hard to help my clients prevent disordered eating, I am not qualified to treat an active disorder myself.

I won’t get a full scope of your needs and you won’t get a full sense of what to expect from training with me in just one session. Our first few sessions will be made up of movement assessments and some trial-and-error to figure out what type of exercise routine will be best for you. By the end of 5 sessions, we will have gotten to know if we are a good fit together and I will have developed a custom, periodized program to get you to your best results.
